This new venture is beginning to grow in popularity.
There are always lots of exciting games for the children to play and many other activities, though sometimes the old traditional ones are the most popular. Sometimes we all enjoy singing together at the end of a session.
Our theme this term was Finding Nemo and as well as looking at clips from the popular video the children took part in creative activities based on the theme such as racing their paper boats and making playdough fish. Baking is proving very popular: making pizzas, biscuits, mince pies, and icing buns.
All children of 5-9 years are welcome to come, and to bring their friends. Prior notice is not needed – parental consent forms can be filled in when your child arrives. There are no specific charges for attending although the suggested donation of £1 is a help in covering costs.
